Hannah Harley, LPC
Welcome
You deserve a space where you can exhale, be fully yourself, and feel truly heard. In therapy, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe—listening to both your story and your body’s signals—so you can begin to release what’s heavy and find more ease in your daily life.
About Me
I believe healing happens when we feel safe, understood, and connected—not just in our minds, but in our whole selves. As a somatic experiencing therapist, I help people slow down, listen to their bodies, and find steadiness in their nervous systems. My work is relational and holistic, grounded in the belief that you already carry the wisdom and capacity to heal.
I often work with people navigating complex trauma, grief, relationship challenges, boundaries, and the unique experiences within the LGBTQIA+ community. Together, we explore ways to restore balance, deepen self-trust, and create space for the life you want to live.
Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me soaking up time in nature, staying active with sports, cooking new recipes, or enjoying the company of animals. These are the things that keep me grounded—and I love helping others find what does the same for them.
My Approach
In our work together, I’ll bring a gentle curiosity and respect for your pace. I draw on somatic awareness, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation to support lasting change. You’ll be encouraged to notice what’s happening in your body, connect with your emotions, and explore new ways of relating—to yourself, to others, and to the world around you.
